Customer Reviews
Solid equipment, delivery could be faster
I purchased a multi gym from FitKit. The equipment itself is robust and feels very professional, exactly what I expected. Setup was straightforward enough. However, the delivery took 7 days to reach me in Manchester, which felt a bit slow compared to other large item deliveries I've had. Overall, the value for money is good, especially considering the quality, but they could improve their logistics slightly. Customer service was helpful when I called to track the order.
Great deal on weight plates
As a first-time buyer, I was looking for the best price on olympic weight plates. FitKit had a good sale on bumper plates. The price was significantly better than other sites I checked. Shipping wasn't free, but even with that, it was still a good deal. Plates arrived in good condition. Felt like I got a lot for my money.
Always good value
Another great purchase from FitKit. I bought a refurbished Concept2 rower this time, and it arrived in excellent condition, just like the elliptical I got last year. They're consistently reliable with their refurbished gear, and the delivery was prompt as usual. I keep coming back for the quality.
Detailed review of my treadmill purchase
I recently ordered a refurbished commercial treadmill from FitKit. The ordering process on the website was clear, and I appreciated the detailed descriptions and photos of the actual unit I was getting. Delivery took about 6 business days, which was within the timeframe given. The delivery team was professional and helped position the very heavy machine in my garage. I had a small question about the console calibration a few days after it arrived, and customer support responded to my email within a few hours with clear instructions. The treadmill itself performs flawlessly; it runs smoothly and quietly, just as they described for 'excellent' condition refurbished items. It feels like new despite being refurbished. I'm confident in the warranty too. This was a significant investment, and I feel it was well worth it based on the product and support.
Good quality, fast delivery
Ordered a set of hex dumbbells. Arrived quickly. Quality is solid. No issues with the order. Happy with the purchase.

Does FitKit deliver to Manchester, and how long does it usually take for bigger items like a power rack?
Thinking of grabbing a refurbished treadmill for my home gym. Are they actually decent quality, or am I just buying someone else's old junk?
